1. CONTACT
Contact us first. Register Red Door Realty Group as your broker before you sign anything with a builder. Then complete our Buyer Agent Rebate Form.
2. REGISTER
When you meet with any builder, list Red Door Realty Group as your broker (license #B3011669) and register us on your first visit to the builder’s office.
3. COLLECT
At closing, Red Door Realty Group applies your 1% rebate as a credit toward your closing costs. More of your cash stays with you.
*Builders have you fill out a contact card on your first visit—add your REALTOR®’s name (RED DOOR REALTY GROUP- Lisc. BK3011669). If it’s missing, many builders won’t pay the agent later. Bring your agent if you can; otherwise, always write them in.
**Florida law mandates that the rebate be disclosed in the purchase contract and reflected on the closing statement. If a mortgage is involved, the lender must approve the credit and will determine how it is applied in full compliance with all regulations.
