Red Door Realty Group is sponsoring a First Time Home Buyers Seminar in Jacksonville, Florida. We offer this seminar several times a year and will be hosting our next seminar on April 26, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. During this seminar we will help educate you on the home buying process teaching you the ins and outs of real estate. This program includes a wealth of information that is critical for first time buyers and move up buyers.
This seminar will be hosted in the prestigious Deerwood Country Club, located off of Baymeadows Road. Lunch will be served during the presentation followed by a Question and Answer period with dessert and coffee.
During this seminar you will hear from a Mortgage Broker, a Realtor, and a Home Inspector. These professionals will take you through each step in the home buying process. By the end of this seminar, you will be prepared to view homes and make smart offers. You will have the knowledge and confidence to make the best home buying decisions fit for you.
If you would like to get started early on this process we can put you in contact with a mortgage broker to get you pre-qualified. Otherwise, you will need to bring paper, writing utensils, two years of tax returns, three months of bank statements and three months of all asset statements to start your financing process.
